Roughly one year ago I had an enjoyable brunch in Providence, Rhode Island, with Mary Ann Sorrentino — abortion rights activist, radio show host, and now a columnist for various newspapers and websites.
She emailed to say that one of her articles, “Professional Women,” has been nominated as one of six candidates for inclusion in the weekly newsletter of HubPages, a site for writers to cover various topics such as arts, travel, politics and religion.
The newsletter is sent out to 130,000 people and Mary Ann asked if could spread the word for you, dear reader, to vote for her ahead of the Wednesday 18th polling deadline.
