Portrait painter (and 102nd stranger featured on this site) Jonathan Blum has announced his travel plans for November and December, so if you’re looking to meet him and buy some of his unique art here’s your chance. He’ll be at festivals and other events in New York and Washington, DC. I met Jonathan for dinner in December 2017 and had a great time; in addition to being a marvelous painter he’s also a wonderful storyteller.

PARK SLOPE/WINDSOR TERRACE OPEN STUDIOS
Saturday and Sunday, Nov 16-17, 12-6pm
I am part of a wonderful collective of visual artists living and working in my Brooklyn neighborhood. This is their big event of the year. My studio/storefront will be open to the public along with over 40 other artists’ studios. Here’s the website for a map and more information: artspswt.com
MY ANNUAL STOREFRONT/STUDIO SALE
on Nov 30th and Dec 1st. My hours will be Saturday 12-8pm and Sunday 12-6pm.
