This is very short notice, but if you live in DC and want a good laugh, check out Alex English’s standup show on Saturday October 31.
Alex, the 113th stranger featured on this site, will be performing an outdoors socially distanced set at 8pm, though doors open at 7.30pm. The show will take place in Columbia Heights, and attendees get the exact address after purchasing a ticket for $10.
Here’s more from the event website:
Our (potentially) last outdoor show of the season is right around the corner, and we have a Halloween treat for you all. Alex English is absolutely hilarious, one of the funniest comedians in all of NYC, and he is in town for one night only.
Come out in your costume (prize for the best one), enjoy the show, have some candy, bring your own drinks, and have a great night.
The show is centrally located in the Columbia Heights neighborhood. The address will be sent out the day of the show to everyone who has bought a ticket. This will be a great one, you wont want to miss it.
Masks are required, and seating will be socially distanced. We will have seating available, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
