Like the post headline says, I just got back from New Orleans. A quite excellent time was had by all (myself and three friends).
There is a lot to love about the city. Great food, the drinks flow steady and strong, the people are incredibly friendly and I feel very refreshed after my holiday. It was my fourth visit — only one was pre-Hurricane Katrina — and the city seems to be doing better and better each time I see it.
Will have some dinners to write up from my trip, as well as the two articles from New York that are still pending. Thankfully it’s a three day weekend so I should have some time to make a start on the backlog.
