Former dinner interviewee and vegan food blogger Katelyn Sornik has now launched her own brand of vegan snack bars and other treats.
I discovered her company Kate Bakes after putting up a link to my interview with Katelyn on Twitter for Throwback Thursday. Katelyn tweeted back to let me know about her new snack bar company, and its own Twitter account.

When I had my meal with Katelyn at Founding Farmers, she told me about her blog, which was a mix of recipes, food reviews and other aspects about life as a vegan — a lifestyle she evolved into in a bid to improve her diet.
Since then, she has launched her own company producing various vegan snacks using simple recipes and organic ingredients where possible.
