It’s very short notice but the highly entertaining drag singer-songwriter Matt Yee is returning to New York City to perform for one night only on Friday March 6. He’ll be bringing his truly unique show to The Triad at 9.30pm, and tickets are either $25 bought in advance via the venue’s website, or $30 on the door. It’s worth checking out because he says it might be the last time he brings his act to the city.
Matt is a drag singer-songwriter who performs for cruise lines several times a year, packing in gay and straight audiences to hear his riotous act. He covers a huge variety of songs with joy, and I can attest to this because I saw Matt perform on the same cruise where I interviewed him for the 96th dinner with a stranger. But he also performs on land, including his Manhattan show later this week.
