Here’s the 54th Throwback Thursday — my March 2014 dinner with DC-based actor Jeffrey Johnson at Ted’s Bulletin. He talked about his act Special Agent Galactica, performing as a hired female assassin in a hot pink wig who travels through space and time — while performing musical revues at clubs and bars in her spare time.
He was charming company and had the goal of one day being able to make the show his full-time gig. “It’s not like I want to be a star. But I want to be successful in what I do, and to be challenged by it. I just want the opportunity to do it,” he said.
