Jane Lynch and Kate Flannery are back on the road to sing some songs.
The hilarious actresses, featured together as the 116th dinner interview back in January 2019, have known each other for decades and turned their love of singing into some live shows — and they’ll be performing them in the coming months. The first, “Two Lost Souls,” is a cabaret with a 1950s swing flavor. The second show is “A Swingin’ Little Christmas'” and is a mix of comedy and great festive songs. The music at both evenings is backed by the Tony Guerrero Quartet, and having seen their yuletide event in 2018 I can attest to it being a fantastic night out.
Jane and Kate will be bringing “Two Lost Souls” to Kansas City, Missouri, on Saturday November 20, and next year they’ll be performing it for three nights in late January in Costa Mesa, California.
“A Swingin’ Little Christmas” plays on various dates from Monday November 29 through to Sunday December 12 at venues in Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
