The former Finnish embassy chef has been educating D.C. diners about his type of food ever since – one bowl of fish soup and one plate of short ribs at a time.

You were the chef for a special gathering we had for Henry Hamburger…his 75th birthday 11 years ago. The food and service were impeccable throughout! Out of a whim I Googled you name and now see you are your own boss. That is fantastic. I realize you’ve done a thousand and one things since that day.
