Zeb Soanes, the 28th stranger, has a packed run of performing dates across England over the next few months.
After a long and successful radio presenting career, Zeb stays busy with concerts, writing children’s books, and now theatre – currently touring “Two Halves of Guinness,” his one-man show about Sir Alec Guinness.

I met Zeb back in January 2011 at Andrew Edmunds in London. He told me about impersonating an elderly vicar named Rev. Percival Peabody in a prank BBC radio segment that got him noticed, the rigorous vetting to become a continuity announcer with “a microphone to 13 million viewers,” and what he loved about reading the Shipping Forecast on Radio 4.
